Details

Letting users look at the source code for a sidebar should encourage the 
creation of new sidebar tabs and make it easier for users to report bugs to 
sidebar creators.  It currently takes a <i>lot</i> of digging to find the code 
for, say, the "what's related" panel.

(It would probably also be necessary to have "view frame source", because some 
sidebars rely on iframes to get data from external sites)
