If I apply a persona, all toolbars are covered by the persona, overriding a possible userChrome.css, except the menubar, which looks rather funny.

Why do you set a background on the menubar? It's transparent by default.

It seems indeed not to be necessary. I believe I derived it once from a theme and this is the effect.
