Details
No doubt we will get many support issues regarding new features. Migration Assistant will help in that regard, and in fact the tab persists across restarts. Still, I suspect users will likely kill the tab on first reading, and forget how to get it back.
Microsoft server and some other OS installs throw up their configuration window for a new install with a checkbox. The user can close the window, but it comes back on every startup until dismissed by user click of the checkbox. Perhaps adding tab persistence or some other method of keeping migration assistant in users' face will proactively save them and us a some of time.

Note that we're string frozen. I don't know how to do this w/o strings.

existing Migration Asst will be decommissioned and this crystal ball prediction never materialized, so => wontfix
