520964 - [autoconfiguration] nit: When starting new mail account setup, "Your name" textbox should be focussed for easy start

When starting New Mail Account Setup dialogue [autoconfig], it looks as if it's all disabled, due to grey hint texts in text boxes. User can't start typing right away, as there's no focus. It's not inviting, and cumbersome.

Actual behaviour:
- user needs to click into "Your name" textbox before he can start typing
- this click isn't needed and it's cumbersome.

Expected behaviour:
- focus "Your name" textbox so that user can start typing right away.

For newbies, it'll be more inviting and and they'll see more clearly where to start. For everyone, we'll be saving one click. For our millions of users, that's millions of clicks saved. Again, we're making the world a better place ;)

Fixed by bug 549045 - Fix Account Wizzard UI. Thank you, Ben!

(fixed per bug 549045, comment 151, and tested working for Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0pre) Gecko/20110402 Thunderbird/3.3a4pre, when setting up additional accounts)
