User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3) Gecko/20090909 Fedora/3.5.3-1.fc11 Firefox/3.5.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4pre) Gecko/20090922 Fedora/3.0-2.7.b4.fc11 Thunderbird/3.0b4 When setting up a unix mail account, I specified that Local Folders should be used. However, when account creation was completed, the account was separate and all the settings in Copies & Folders pointed to it. Manually setting those settings to Local Folders doesn't work, either - the setting saves but messages are still delivered to the separate account. Reproducible: Always

By manually you mean editing prefs.js and saving it while Thunderbird is not running ?

Movemail thinks it can use global inbox, but it can't.
