User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.14) Gecko/2009082707 Firefox/3.0.14
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.14) Gecko/2009082707 Firefox/3.0.14

When coming across a web page which has a "bad" certificate, the "Untrusted Connection" warning page shows. There is no way to keyboard navigate to expand "Technical Details" or "I Understand the Risks", in order to get more info or inspect/add the certificate. Very frustrating!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a site/page that has an untrusted certificate (or set one up yourself)
2. Try to keyboard navigate to accept the certificate.
Actual Results:
You can't keyboard navigate to expand "Technical Details" or "I Understand the Risks"

Expected Results:
You can keyboard navigate to expand "Technical Details" or "I Understand the Risks".

Please respect the keyboard and be mindful of mouseless use when developing.
Want to be clear that this bug is for FIREFOX 3.5, even though it was filed on a 3.0 browser.
Confirmed in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b9pre) Gecko/20101217 Firefox/4.0b9pre ID:20101217030324.

Also exists in 3.6.13.

STR:
1) Visit a site that prompts the "untrusted connection" page, eg: https://horde.metu.edu.tr/
2) Without using the mouse (eg mouseless installations), try to select the "I understand the risks" option and continue showing the website.

Expected:
- Keyboard navigation using tab etc allows option to be selected, and the user to proceed to use the website.

Actual:
- Only the "get me out of here" button can be selected using tab, so no way to continue showing the website.

Still reproducible with the latest Nightly.

Still not fixed. Firefox 15 Windows.
On OS X 10.8, with a 2012-10-04 nightly or Firefox 15.0.1, I can tab on "Technical Details" and "I understand the risks". So I'll move this to Windows only.

This looks like a candidate for a mentored bug, anyone willing to mentor it?

Seems to be fixed now for me, YAY! :)
Firefox 17.0.1 / Windows XP.
