Since the new unit tests and talos architecture for wince/winmo will require a desktop/server OS box to control them and possibly serve webpages, we should set up a machine for this purpose.

It would be good to have linux installed on this by Tuesday of next week, since jmaher will be in town and looking to get Ts running on winmo.

This will probably either be on me or jhford.

bm-foopy is set up for manual Ts; it's pretty minimal.

There'll be additional work to get the entire buildbot slave setup going, but that seems more like it's a part of bug 474478 and other winmo/wince test setup bugs.
