1.Go to Hotmail, change mailbox layout like picture (see pic1)
2.The scroll bar on InBox not proper (cannot click arrow button, but can drag. other scroll bars also work fine)

IE doesn't have this problem.

Confirming using the latest nightly, 20091102. This only happens when you switch the reading pane to the "bottom" mode.
