Consequence: .thunderbird/user.default/ImapMail/imap.gmail.com folder is 6,1GB big (Gmail.sbd folder 1.9GB, INBOX file 4,2GB) for a Gmail account of 235Mo (3% used). Reproducible: Always

This is fixed in nightly builds, which should be relatively stable because we're close to release - http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-comm-1.9.1/
