Need to change of Browser/mail/toolkit owner for Asturian Language. The owner has left the projects a lot of time ago, and the projects are frozen and stopped. Please, need information about the change procedure

as I said, he left the project some years ago, and all our efforts are invalids. We need to start again and to know the steps for: Delete the old locale owner and how to became a new owner for ast Team

Which are the next steps for submitting it to Hg from Narro?

I guess Iñigo can change wiki page anyway reflecting its current state and collaborators.
