Attachment: HTTP Header when uploading screenshot

STR:
1. log into AMO Prod.
2. Go to Developer Profile -> My Addons -> Edit Addon -> Preview Screenshots
3. Upload a preview screenshot -> 'Update Previews'

Uploading addon 'Icon' does not work either.

Actual Result:
You will it lists one preview screen-shot but there is no picture/screen-shot

I'll be in after my doctor's appointment (which is at 10am).  Talked to Wil, and I think oremj might look at this too (could be a file-permissions issue).

This was a config issue.  There were several *_PATH defines that I thought were in constants.php but they were in config.php.default instead.  f.

Now you can upload a screenshot but it does not show up on the addon details page.
