528501 - Advanced "Search messages" (Ctrl+Shift+F) should default to user friendly AND search instead of OR search

if searching in Thunderbird with the detailed search for messages (CTRL Shift F) there are two radio buttons to do a search for "any condition" (in German "mindestens eine Bedingung erfüllen") and "all conditions" (German: "Alle Bedingungen erfüllen").

The radio button "any condition" is ALWAYS!!! checked at the start of the search. But no one (in the world I know) wants to do this "OR" search, since it resuts in much too many hits! Especially if you serch through a big mailbox....

If I see my mistake (not having checked "all conditions") I click the "stop" button, but there is no "stop" at all...... nothing happens.... I have to close the window and restart the search with "CTRL Shitf F", have to re-enter all my filter-conditions, hopefully check the AND-search-radio-button an start again the search....

So please change the default to the AND search with "all conditions".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. CTRL Shift F
2. enter 3 or 4 search criteria (conditions) 
3. forget to check the "AND-Search" radio button 
4. start search



Expected Results:  
just change the default search fom OR to AND

I love you all for doing this great work with THUNDERBIRD. And love you even more if you change to the user friendly AND search in future!!!

Opening the window from Cmd+Shift+F results in "All rules" selected in

worksforme in TB 3.1, we now default to "(o) match all of the following"
it didn't work before, so someone must have fixed it.
no dangers involved even if it was just inadvertedly fixed or even it would regress, so I think we should really mark this enhancement as FIXED (rather than worksforme) to add it to the public list of bugs that we have actively eliminated/enhancements added. Statistics matter.

If anyone happens to know which bug fixed this, fine - otherwise, it really doesn't matter, there's no doubt that this has been implemented.

It does for proper stats and regressions.
