52902 - "Text Size" on View menu should be "Text Zoom"

Since this feature scales text rather than changing its absolute size, the menu 
item would be more accurate if it said "text scaling" (or "font scaling") 
instead of "text size".

Firstly, the word `scaling' is used in the font prefs to refer to the mapping 
from points to pixels. That is a different issue from changing the size of text 
in the current document, and using the same wording could cause confusion.

Secondly, I chose `Text Si_ze' deliberately so that when we get a full zoom 
which applies to pictures as well as text (bug 32646), this item can be changed 
to `_Zoom' and users (those using the English locale, anyway) will not have to 
learn a new mnemonic. (See my 2000-07-31 comment in bug 37940 for the gory 
details.)

And thirdly, `Text Size' also happens to be what IE uses.

Given all that, I recommend WONTFIX.

IE uses Text Size if I recall correctly, but I think we could use Text Zoom
which has enough similarity while distinguishing from Font Size (a different
thing), has the z, and will prepare users for such a time where we have just
Zoom.

vrfy fixed using 2001.11.08.0x-comm bits on linux rh6.2, winnt and mac os 10.1.
it's now View > Text Zoom.
