Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the Awesome bar
2. Click on "See All Bookmarks"
3. Click on "Mobile" folder
4. Click on Manage
5. Pan down to the bottom of the list
6. Click on Manage again
7. Try to pan up

Actual Results:
The list cannot pan up to see the rest of the list

Expected Results:
Users should be able to see the entire list if the list of bookmarks does not fill past the size of the screen coming out of manage mode and no matter where the user is in the list.

Please mark this as blocking-fennec? when https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=528867 is fixed.

Thanks for the movie, it was really helpful to understand why it was difficult to reproduce the problem.

New Steps to Reproduce:

0. Create a new Profile

1. Click on the Awesome bar
2. Click on "See All Bookmarks"
3. Click on "Mobile" folder
4. Click on Manage
5. Pan down to the bottom of the list
6. Click on Manage again
7. Try to pan up


So the only difference is to create a new profile, because this problem appear for a specific number of bookmarks (and depends on the screen size too)
