Cannot scroll up in Bookmark Manager after deleting all custom bookmarks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Fennec
2.Bookmark 5 pages
3.Type in Awesome bar, select "See all bookmarks" and then "Manage".
4. Delete all previously bookmarked pages. Start from the bottom. 
Actual Results:  
Cannot scroll up. (see attached screenshot) 

Expected Results:  
All information on remaining bookmarks is displayed.
If not, user should be allowed to scroll up.
