Add an option to the installer to run fast-start daemon (Fennec.exe with parameters "-nosplash -faststart-hidden").
It involves some confirmation or a check box in the installer itself and creating a shortcut under \Windows\StartUp.
We may also need some way to enable/disable this daemon after the installation (a preference?).

Fix for the bug 531332 enables fast-run service if it is included in the build, but currently there is still no way to disable it from the UI.
Depends on: 531152
