Details
When you move to the 1.9.2 branch you should look at removing some/all of the extensions.getMore* preferences as these will once again make links appear in the add-ons manager. For Firefox we have removed all but the getMoreThemes link as we want a link to download themes in addition to the Get Add-ons panel in the manager.

Given its quite possible we will release 1.0b2 from 1.9.2, I'm putting this one on the blocking list. Thanks for keeping calendar in mind!

This is Sunbird Only. Since there won't be a 1.0b2 for Sunbird, I'm taking this off the list again. Guess I was too fast on blocking last time.

This issue is not needed anymore because Sunbird has been removed from the code (also see comment#2).
