530531 - When choosing a language different than device the wrong bookmarks are shown (first page)

I am using the 1.9.2 multi-locale from the mobile repos on my N810:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/repos/1.9.2_multi/1.9.2_multi_nightly.install

1. Set device's (N810 in my case) language to Spanish
2. Go to Fennec's configuration
3. Choose "English (US)" as the language
4. Restart as suggested
5. The first page instead of showing the usual animation (hand showing the different gestures) it shows the list of bookmarks which are still in Spanish (instead of English)

2 issues in here:
1) not showing the typical start page
2) showing the bookmarks in the device's set language rather than the application's

I have also tested to switch the devices' language to French but when I open Fennec it still shows the bookmark's page in Spanish instead of the correct firstrun page.

INVALID, works as designed.

The first run page is really first run these days, and not start page, that's the awesomebar now.

And the bookmkark link titles don't need to switch languages, they're whatever it was on profile creation.

I guess I hit this situation because I was testing rather than what a normal user would reach. If a normal user ever wants to switch to another language the first impression is that Firefox did *not* actually switch.

I think we'll have to re-visit this bug if issues do crop up when it's pushed out to users.
