In Firefox we load this page: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/pages/collector_firstrun I think we should load a page in TB3 in a new tab, and not worry about TB2. The page could be either a modified page in AMO or a page hosted in mozillamessaging.com

Anyone on the Thunderbird team interested in getting this moving?
We'll use the same page and just change occurrences of Firefox to Thunderbird. So, set it as https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/pages/collector_firstrun and I'll file another bug about updating the page.
