We currently upload the Fennec deb files of the different Maemo individual locales and en-US under a sub-directory in "latest". Besides the deb file we upload the tar ball and the langpack in the root level of latest instead of the locale specific sub-directory. I can see us working on this once we use "make upload" everywhere instead of MozillaStage rather than fixing it twice.
