Summary: mobile release automation should upload XPIs to $platform/xpi/ab-CD.xpi, just like desktop Firefox → mobile release single locale repacks should use make upload
It would be nice to see nightly l10n jobs using make upload properly before the releases move in that direction, but isn't a hard requirement.
