when i start tb, the maild folders marked for autodoawnload messages, are not downloading messages. I need to click get message manually. may be even auto check after interval not working?

javad hare you in pop3 or imap?
Have you check in your Account Settings:
[x] Check for new messages at startup
[x] Automatically download new messages

sorry - it is pop3 and yes both are checked properly, the setting from old tb were working and they are imported properly as it is, but now no auto downlaod.
