Images of Light Weight Theme are not displayed.when you start browser without connecting it with the network.

Images are not displayed till connected to the network and open new browser window again.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set up a Light Weight Theme for your theme.
2.Shut down Browser .
3.Disconnect PC from network.
4.Start the browser.

Actual Results:  
Images of Light Weight Theme are not displayed.

Expected Results:  
Images of Light Weight Theme should be displayed.

Is this about the window's background images or the icons in the add-ons manager?

Both.

STR
1.Set up a Light Weight Theme for your theme.
2.Shut down Browser .
3.Disconnect PC from network.
4.Start the browser.

No icon & preview in the Add-on manager.

5.Select the other Light Weight Theme for your theme.

No window's background images.

6.Shut down Browser .
7.Connect PC from network.
8.Start the browser.

Window's background images is displayed. seems OK.

9.Shut down Browser .
10.Disonnect PC from network.
11.Start the browser.

No window's background images.

You can confirm that repeat step 6-11, no window's background images when disconnect from network.

The background images are cached, so you should see them unless you're quitting the browser before they could be downloaded.

I have not cleared cache. 
And Remember cache at the time of the shut down in option.

After step 8 in comment #2

9'Disonnect PC from network.
10' Open new window (Ctrl + N).

No window's background images.

I can't reproduce this.

Even clearing the Web cache wouldn't make a difference, as this is implemented independently.
