532432 - the Preview doesn't go away with F8 in the Messagelist

After i Start Thunderbird 3.0 i have the Messagelist with Message Preview.
If i would like to close the Preview with F8-Key - it do nothing.
If i disable it, over the Menu it works, but after a Restart of my Computer (not close Thunderbird and open it again) i see the Preview Windows again.

(Sorry for my bad english - hope you understand me.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable Preview Window over Menu
2. Restart the Computer
Actual Results:  
Preview is again open

Expected Results:  
Preview must be disabled

Thunderbird 3.0:
Addons: German Dictionary 2.0, GoogleCalenderTab 2.0, Zindus 0.8.13
Theme: default
crashID: no crash

PC: 
System: Windows 7 64Bit
IntelCore2Duo 6600
4GB DDR2 Ram
GeForce 8600 GT
2 Soundcards, 6 HDD, TV Card

This is not a total dupe of bug 518345, What we have here is a that the F8 key just doesn't respond until we do it via the menu (the F8 key respond after that)

I can reproduce it since TB3RC1 ons windows 7 x64

Maybe we should fill a bug for this partial issue.

Oh that i doesn't have see it. But that is right.

Ciao Marco: you are right you have post 2 different problems but are both dupe:
