When trying to read a message with long message header such as long subject (see the sshot for example), there is no way to read the body message, because the message header pane does not provide something like a scroll bar.

[Options] button does not often appear either (in the attached example fortunately shows it though, only because it is not long *enough*).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Optionally create a message with long long subject and send it to yourself. (I can reproduce it by seeing this email list message: http://lists.ximian.com/pipermail/mono-patches/2009-December/162417.html )
2. Open it in the message view.

Actual Results:  
See the sshot linked from above.

Expected Results:  
Message header view should have something like a scroll bar.

Ben, this should be resolved when bug 525225 can land, correct?
