533252 - Mark Banner can't access crash-stats following bug 530795 addition to crash-stats group

In bug 530795, Ludovic and I were added to the crash-stats admin group. Ludovic can now access crash-stats, but I can't - hence I'm filing this as a separate bug.

My username/password works to access:

https://ldap.mozilla.org/passwordreset/
https://build.mozilla.org/

but not:

https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/login
https://ldap.mozilla.org/phonebook/ (Ludovic has access to this, though I don't know if extra authorisation is required).

Is there something I'm missing somewhere?

Have you tried using "standard8" for your username instead of your email address?  I don't know whether it uses your posix username or not, but if it does that might be it.  I see no difference between your accounts otherwise.

We have pending issues with the auth system not working for other users as well.. So in this case, its most likely not a user error, but a problem with the system itself.  We are trying to track down the problem in bug 528427
