The quota panel displays the current percentage of the quota used and is helpful to keep track of the quota. However, immediately after starting Thunderbird 3.0, it no longer displays in the status bar. You have to select
a different folder first before it is reported. Easy workaround, but this
used to show up immediately when starting 2.0 before.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure that you have an IMAP account reporting quota information;
2. set mail.quota.mainwindow_threshold.show to 1 to show the quota panel;
3. close Thunderbird and restart, not quota information shown (Inbox);
4. select a different folder of that account, quota panel shows up.
OS: Windows XP → All
Hardware: x86 → All
Version: 3.0 → Trunk
I confirm it works correctly in v2

I was going to file a new bug for this, but here it is. Same problem also using Troubleshoot mode.
