After deselect some Inboxes of different account in the dialog "Select the folders to search" in "Edit Saved Search Properties for Inbox", the changes will not be saved.

After restart von thunderbird the inboxes of ALL accounts are selected again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deselect a inbox of some accounts in "Edit Saved Search Properties for Inbox"
2.Restart thunderbird

Actual Results:  
All changes lost

I am able to reproduce this issue and can confirm it for Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091204 Thunderbird/3.0.

I really love the new 3.0 release and it's smart folder concept. Unfortunately, this issue along with bug 513657 renders it close to unusable for me.
