User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; de; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; de; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091204 Lightning/1.0b1pre Thunderbird/3.0 Sometimes, the shortcut for zoom doesn't work reliably (Cmd+Plus or Cmd+Minus). No matter where the focus is, or if I click into the message preview pane, nothing happens. Even when opening the message in a new Tab, the zoom via keyboard shortcuts doesn't work. Sometimes it just begin to work after a few tries, but it always seems to work instantly when I do the zoom via the menu command. After zoom has been invoked that way, hotkeys for zooming work as well. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a message. 2. Press Cmd+Plus or Cmd+Minus. Actual Results: Nothing happens. Expected Results: Zoom should occur.
Does this happens in safe-mode too (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode)? When it happens do you see any error messages at the end of Tools -> Error console ?
Seems to be related to the Lightning extension. In safe mode, all works fine. When disabling Lightning, all works fine. When disabling all extensions except Lightning, it doesn't work. Tested with Lightning/1.0b1pre and Lightning/1.0b2pre Where to report this extension-specific bug?
Florian, maybe this is a duplicate of bug 526288?
Indeed, looks familiar :-) Can't try the F8 thing though, as it has a system-widw hotkey on OS X here (Exposé)
