I can't find any options on the developer panels. Closest thing is "Change Status" with an option of Public -> Sandbox.

For clarification, previous betas of this addon have already been on the release channel (because the beta channel didn't exist when they started), so existing users won't get the update to the beta unless the remaining betas on this cycle all go to release as well. Next time around it can stay beta like it's supposed to.

Weave team has been discussing in detail with Jeff. This bug is fixed as filed, although it sounds like there will be some capitalization hackiness used for some versions.
