Build Identifier: Fennec 1.0b5
When a page that's longer than the fold loads, the scroll indicators should fade in for a brief moment and then fade out (this is true also for other Views, like the Bookmarks or Add-ons Views).
Then, when a window is panned, the scroll indicator should become visible again.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page that is longer than the fold
2. Scroll (pan) down the page
Actual Results:
No scroll indicators.
Expected Results:
Scroll indicator appears on page load and when window is panned.
