Details

The w3c specs is changing to no longer allow the simple "ARIA always overrides". We will probably use this as a meta bug to track our work here if the spec changes stick. We might have to create a conflict map; perhaps also useful for bug 534346.
Note this bug is about WAI-ARIA attributes (aria-*) and not roles.
