I have bookmarks on my bookmark toolbar and also the same bookmarks in a directory on the toolbar. It's necessary for me to have these duplicates. I have tried to rename, add tags, delete www from URL, but the duplicate bookmarks still messes up, deletes, changes directories randomly on sync.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a bookmark
2. Add a folder and add the same bookmark there
3. Sync
Actual Results:  
Bookmarks gets messed up.

Expected Results:  
Bookmarks gets synced with no deletion or changes in position, directory.

What version of the Weave Sync add-on are you seeing this with?

It is 1.0b3. There is some progression from b2. Duplicates still gets deleted sometimes (not always) in B3. If I change the tags of a duplicate in B3 it doesn't get deleted, only changes position within the toolbar or the directory.
