If I use the up-arrow key to scroll upwards in a tree (e.g. the mail thread pane), when I release the key and scrolling stops, the thread pane is not correctly updated. You can see this by selecting one of the rows, or by obscuring and exposing the tree. This is a very evil bug, because it would be very easy to delete the wrong mail messages because of it.
Nominating dogfood, because of potential data loss issues.

There are too many refresh problems to make this a dogfood stopper. Marking dogfood-minus

(after seeing the dupe)note that since this is at the tree widget level it shows up everywhere e.g the manage bookmarks window, the bookmarks sidebar tab, and the global history window. Adding regression keyword, in the good ol' days, my tree widgets scrolled just fine.
