53626 - Manage bookmarks: entries disappear while scrolling

The bookmark look seems to be broken since the new Modern theme (the one with
ugly orange icon).		

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go the bookmark sidebar or the bookmark window
2. expand some folder until the bookmarks take more than a window
3. scroll the window up and down				

Actual Results:  Some blank lines will appear in the bookmarks				

Expected Results:  No blank lines					

If you select one of those blank line, the bookmark supposed to be at this place
will appear.

I see this too on 2000092212 / Windows 98 by expanding the imported ie 
favorites folder.  Confirming and severity lowering to normal.

Covering manage bookmarks with another (non-mozilla) window sometimes fixes it 
and sometimes doesn't.

This happens in the bookmarks sidebar panel as well.
