We often receive complaints from users who submitted add-ons that were disabled of were not completed on submission. It's very hard to locate these add-ons or figure out their add-on number. It'd be good that admins and editors were able to see disabled and incomplete add-ons (properly labeled) in the corresponding author pages, so that at least there's another way to find them.
