Netscape manages it properly. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. I configure the proxy in the Preferences. 2. I try to connect a site using https 3. The proxy asks for my username and password 4. I get an error message Actual Results: I get an error message (actually two, depending the site). Expected Results: I should get the requested page. When I try to connect to https://www.sindominio.net/twig through an authenticated HTTP/1.1 proxy, I get this result after introducing my username and password: Error The requested item could not be loaded by the proxy. The certificate issuer for this server is not recognized by Netscape. The security certificate may or may not be valid. Netscape refuses to connect to this server. Proxy server at proxy.my-work-network.com on port 8080 Netscape Navigator passes though properly. When I try to login into hotmail, I get this other result: Error The requested operation could not be performed by the proxy. Communications exception (-8162). Proxy server at proxy.my-job-network.com on port 8080
