The ability to restore the window manager session to what it was last at the previous shutdown has gone lost.
Starting TB manually works though.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Log out of the KDE 3.5 window manager, log back in. Thunderbird is absent. Firefox is there.
Component: General → OS Integration
QA Contact: general → os-integration
Likely same issue as reported in https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=553461 for KDE4.
Need to investigate what the difference is between FF and TB.
Ahh, and I'm getting old because I think it's actually a dupe of bug 508986.
