tab graphics to Blue.

Reopening. The rectangular panel headers look identical to tree headers, causing 
considerable loss of usability. And it's not reasonable to say that `Mac classic 
follows windows classic's lead in this respect' when the Windows Classic bug (bug 
39930) was wontfixed without any explanation whatsoever.

I agree with the spirit of this bug, which really says that with the existing 
look it's too difficult to tell what the tabs are and what they do.  I'm not sure 
they should look exactly like mac folder tabs, but perhaps something new that has 
a mac look and feel and not so plain.

Looking like tabs would be fine with me, but perhaps we can do something more 
creative with this.

the look for sidebar in classic skin has merged with the windows classic 
version. so this bug is no longer valid.
