To support the Electrolysis work:

Query form should provide a way to
* Search for processes that crashed in a plugin process
** Substrings of plugin filename
** Substrings of plugin name
* SQL queries should be updated
* prose updated to display the search params

And new metadata will be displayed on Crash Details Page
* Data is provided via the JSON processed dump

Putting this patch up for review now, so we don't have any conflicts. The changes to common.php will come in another patch after backend work is ready.

This patch adds stickiness to the adv filters area via a cookie.

Changes to the query form only

Looks good! Needs 3 quick changes before comitting:

* plugin_feild should be spelled plugin_field
* Process label should be inline with associated fields.
* Remove 'Search by' for plugin field to shorten line width (so when you expand the advanced area, it doesn't drop down and to the left below the platforms, etc.)
