Please gather the information and provide patches for: http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/comm-1.9.1/file/default/mail/locales/shipped-locales (locale names only) http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/file/default/thunderbird/l10n-changesets (locale names and changesets) to set the list of locales and revisions to be included in the Thunderbird 3.1 Alpha 1 release.

This adds Czech (cs), Danish (da), Japanese (ja & ja-JP-mac) Lithuanian (lt) and Albanian (sq). Currently these are all the locales that are green on the dashboard and the l10n tinderboxen.
