User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; de; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; de; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20100111 Lightning/1.0b2pre Thunderbird/3.0.1 ID:20100111101938
Navigation between messages not possible if tried from a (single message) tab after restart of Thunderbird.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a message in a new tab. Then you can navigate through the messages within the folder, the message was opened from. For this you can either use the menu (navigation->next->(unread) message) or the keys f/b or n/p.
2. Close Thunderbird (without closing the tab) and start Thunderbird again.
3. Go to the tab with the single message.
4. Try to navigate to other messages.
Actual Results:
Nothing happens when trying to step to next/previous message.
Expected Results:
Display the next/previous message.
This bug was first found when using the real next/previous message buttons of the Buttons! add-on https://addons.mozilla.org/de/thunderbird/addon/106 but it seems independent of it. It happens also with this add-on disabled.
Confirmed with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20100111 Thunderbird/3.0.1 with given steps to reproduce.
Apparently an issue with session restore loosing track of from which account or folder the message was opened. No duplicate found.
