User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 GTB6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 GTB6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) when using the personas addon, vista's 'windows standard' mode doesn't display the theme correctly. this seems to be an issue with how firefox's chrome interacts with the windows theme. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. download addon personas 2. change vista's theme to 'windows standard' (under appearance settings) 3. change to a persona skin and observe the status bar 4. change vista's theme to either 'aero' or 'vista basic' 5. observe the difference in the status bar Actual Results: personas changed just the small cracks in between status bar icons. Expected Results: personas should have changed the theme of the entire status bar. top picture windows standard bottom picture aero/vista basic also, as you can see, the all-in-one sidebar addon also changes in an undesired way (i highly believe it shouldn't).

Same thing happens on XP, too. This becomes quite serious with dark personas which change the font color to a light one, making the status bar almost unreadable.
