541145 - Message "actions" button captions and pull-down menus are inappropriately un-capitalised

The (useless to me, but I can't find any obvious way to turn it off) "other actions" pull-down menu which appeared in TB 3.0 on the right-hand side of the message header pane (along with the useless but I can't find any obvious way to turn them off message action buttons) is all unix-y and un-Macintosh-user-interface-y and lower case only.

"other actions" (the title of the menu) should be "Other Actions"
Menu items
"show in conversation" should be "Show in Conversation"
"open in new window" should be "Open in New Window"
"open in new tab" should be "Open in New Tab"
"view source" "View Source"
"mark as unread" "Mark as Unread"
"save as..." "Save As..."
"print..." "Print..."

In addition, the captions of the irritatingly superfluous (TO ME, how can I remove them?) message action buttons above the pull-down menu are also suffering from programmer shift key phobia.

Plus the pull-down menus of the buttons:
"reply > reply" "Reply > Reply" (why the pull-down at all????)

It looks wrong, it's a bit off-putting, and it clashes with the UI of the platform.

(I'd guess that this class of problem may well exist elsewhere, and suggest it is worth systematically hunting down and rectifying while you're at it.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run TB in 3-pane mode with message window visible
2. Note "other actions" pull-down menu in header sub-window of message sub-window
3. Experience vague unease on confronting willfully idiosyncratic orthography.
Actual Results:  
unconventional orthography

Expected Results:  
Conventional Orthography

I'd love to know how to get rid of those new and useless-to-me "reply" "forward" "archive" "junk" and "delete" buttons.  They're already on keyboard shortcuts and they're already on the top-of-screen application main menu, which is good enough FOR ME.
