User-Agent: Opera/9.80 (X11; Linux x86_64; U; ru) Presto/2.2.15 Version/10.10 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; ru; rv:1.9.1.6) Gecko/20091216 Iceweasel/3.5.6 (like Firefox/3.5.6; Debian-3.5.6-1) Page usually can be resized by Ctrl-MouseScroll. If video is played (by the video tag - see sample URL), resize can be done only if mouse pointer is NOT on video (e.g. somewhere on white page around video). When mouse pointer over video, nothing happens. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open sample URL 2. Move mouse pointer over video 3. Hold Ctrl and scroll mouse wheel (up or down) 4. move mouse pointer outside video 5. Hold Ctrl and scroll mouse wheel (up or down) Actual Results: At step 3: nothing happens At step 5: Video resized (together with page) Expected Results: At step 3: resize video (as at step 5).

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.8pre) Gecko/20100120 Shiretoko/3.5.8pre I can't resize this video; only the text.
OK, please ignore comment 1, zooming was still in Text Only mode. :)
In the end we always find the right one:
