User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 GTB6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.23) Gecko/20090812 Thunderbird/2.0.0.23 Mnenhy/0.7.6.666 Unlike the previous version, TB 3.0.1 strips off the end-of-line spaces from quoted lines, so that quoted text is not being flowed when the response is displayed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. send a flowed message to yourself 2. reply 3. read the response Actual Results: quoted text not flowed Expected Results: quoted text flowed as it used to be
Hmm, your build identifier doesn't look like TB 3.0.1 to me... could you check that? Also, running 'Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20100111 Lightning/1.0b1 Thunderbird/3.0.1 ThunderBrowse/3.2.8.1' on Vista, I can't reproduce this problem. I'm not sure if this is a compose, a sending, or a reading bug, since I can't repro, but I assume compose.

It's one of several regressions from bug 215068.

(In reply to comment #1) > Hmm, your build identifier doesn't look like TB 3.0.1 to me... could you check > that? It seems strange to me as well. That's the string appearing in in the help/about dialog (where it also says "Mozilla Thunderbird version 3.0.1"), as well as in the User-Agent header field. It's been installed on XT. Should that be a bug on its own? > I'm not sure if this is a compose, a sending, or a reading bug, since I can't > repro, but I assume compose. I confirm it is the same as bug 456053. I apologize for not having searched well enough.
No problem, duplicates happen. As for your user-agent string, that's likely a side effect of the Mnenhy extension. Go into the Tools > Options > Advanced > General tab and click on Config Editor. Search for general.useragent.override then right-click on the entry and select Reset from the context menu. After that change you should see the correct 3.0.1 identification again.
(In reply to comment #4) > After that change you should see the correct 3.0.1 identification again. Yup, it is "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20100111 Thunderbird/3.0.1", and Mnenhy is still not installed. Thank you!
