Currently we are only running the selftests on release shells, should run selftests on release|release-debugger|debug|debug-debugger builds.

This should be added to the deep phase for all builders running selftest against release-debuggger, debug and debug-debugger. Debug versions take about 4 minutes each to run on my intel Core2 duo @ 2.4GHz, so placing this in deep is the correct thing to do.

Attachment: change current selftest runs to use generic script

Change all current selftest "Release" runs to use the generic script and step.

Follow up patch will add additional runs of selftest, but wanted to keep this patch just a reorg of current steps.
