Note: SQL patch coming up.

This (fairly large) patch takes care of friendly urls for forums. It engulfs the patches from attachment 401241 [details] [diff] [review] (bug 401241) and attachment 404299 [details] [diff] [review] (bug 523746) and any other changes (in the trunk VS fennec diff of the changed files from these two patches) related to pretty urls.

So, after this patch, expect to see forum friendly URLs working everywhere, including emails.

While browsing through, here are some other things that may be helpful to other bugs we have to merge (i.e. that we may accidentally forget)
* For AAQ, remember this line from tiki-view_forum_thread.php:
$headerlib->add_jsfile("/js/forumthread.js");
* Also, we don't seem to have RSS on forums on mobile, do we want it?

Vishal: file a new bug, since this applies to SUMO trunk as well. (It's not an introduced bug on mobile, in other words.)

Verified, FIXED.
Filed  Bug 545278 for the non-pretty URLs in 'My Watches'
