forum URLs under 'My Watches' are not pretty

STR:
1. log into SUMO mobile stag
2. go to 'My Watches' https://mobile.support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-user_watches.php?locale=en-US

Actual result:
the forum URLs are not pretty, for eg. https://mobile.support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?locale=en-US&forumId=5&comments_parentId=5

Expected result:
forum URLs should be in pretty format like https://mobile.support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/forum/5/5

We patched this on trunk. Paul, I'm >90% sure you did the original patch, think you can dig it up?

Actually, I don't see these being friendly on trunk:

Not all are, but new ones on trunk should be. Try desktop staging.

Attachment: missing watch url part

From bug 522151 -- applied the patch, and here are the missing bits. The rest are already on the fennec branch.

I'm already seeing friendly URLs in "My watches" after going to:
https://mobile.support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/forum/5/5?watch_event=forum_post_thread&watch_object=5&watch_action=add
