Repro:
1) install Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1) Gecko/20100208 MozillaDeveloperPreview/3.7a1 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
2) open options prefs
3) verify General tab on prefpane is cut off

Expected:
- Fits in window.  it's likely the long name of Mozilla Developer Preview.

I can reproduce this on Windows Vista and Windows 7.  The following build appears to have the problem fixed:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a2pre) Gecko/20100208
Minefield/3.7a2pre

Platform says: "x86 Windows XP", but this problem also occurs under Mac OS X. Could you update it, please?

The summary could also be changed to "Firefox Options (Preferences) unable to resize and General tab alignment issue". The problem also occurs with 3.6.13.

Is this still an issue? I can't seem to reproduce it on Firefox 4.0b13pre 20110302 on any platform.
